How a Kitchen Remodeling Contractor Should Work
Every project starts with a free design consultation and a written contract listing scope, materials, price, and each payment phase. California backs that up with a down payment of no more than $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less and three business days to cancel, or five if you are 65 or older after you sign. When a permit is needed, we file with the City of Anaheim Building Division, schedule inspections, and sequence the trades so rough-in work is inspected before cabinets and counters go in.
